After I submitted my application I received an email and then later a phone call asking to come in for an interview. It was a very easy group interview, it consisted of at least 15 other people. The interview: Firstly, the managers introduced themselves and then asked which one of us wanted to introduce ourselves, and I of course volunteered (they liked that). Secondly, they paired us off and had us do a team activity (to see how we work in a team). Then they had us go into another room and choose a "toy" and we had to sell the product to the managers and we also had the option of mentioning the TOYS R US protection plan and credit card brochures, and batteries. Funny thing is I was the ONLY one of the 15 people that mentioned the protection plan and batteries during my little selling pitch. After that, the managers went into a room and decided which people to keep (I was one) and we were then individually interviewed. 2 interview rounds with 2 managers each (Store manager, HR, and 2 assistant managers). Afterward, they informed us that they would call us if we got the job... I was then offered the job about 1-2 hours after the interview.
