Interview
Applied online and got called a week later to come in for an interview. Had an hour long group interview followed by a twenty minute individual interview. Group interview was just us partnering up and choosing a product to "sell" followed by us selling our partner as to why they should be hired. One on one interview was more what you'd expect. I was interviewed by two managers, both very nice and easy to talk to. Also offered the job on the spot.
Team interview, relatively simple and pretty fun. Was followed by a quick in person interview. After season a handful were offered full time positions while others were told thank you.

Smooth and very friendly. You can say that it was a fun interview, at first with the human resources manager and the second was with the store manager also. They were both really friendly and it felt like having a normal conversation. I loved working for TRU
