Interview
Group Interview, there was lots of young individuals, many that had already worked there before. This was my first interview and it was very casual. Many were just wearing casual clothes as in a tee and jeans. I wore a dress and flats I think, maybe riding boots. It wasn't nerve wrecking at all or intimidating. The interviewer was annoying though.

You have to try to sell a product to customer looking for a boy or girls birthday present of a certain age. Lego building exercise, which I thought was pointless.
Team interview, relatively simple and pretty fun. Was followed by a quick in person interview. After season a handful were offered full time positions while others were told thank you.

Make a new toy with these LEGO’s and try to sell it
Smooth and very friendly. You can say that it was a fun interview, at first with the human resources manager and the second was with the store manager also. They were both really friendly and it felt like having a normal conversation. I loved working for TRU
