I was given a phone interview and asked about questions pertaining to customer service? Then I was called back for a grpup interview in which I was given a puzzle to put together with others in the interview to show team work skills, we were asked a series of questions about gifts we we gave or gifts we received, then we has to do an individual presentation on selling baby furniture with additional add on sales, lastly we had to do a one on one interview with the store manager
Super nice and friendly interviewer. They told me about the company and the position and asked a few questions. They also let me ask some questions at the end as well
Geoffrey was attentive and kind. Guided me through the whole catalog. Would recommend him all the time, every time to whomever will listen. He took the time to explain the great deals.

Standard interview with competency questions, especially communication skills, and gauging if candidate would be a good fit for the company culture. After the interview received a call within 2 weeks.
