Interview
Group Interview, we had to interview each other, pick an item off the shelf ( I chose an Ice Skating Elsa doll, as its hugely popular) and sell it to the staff, explain how to sell reusable Toys R us bags to customers. We also had to debate in teams, and partake in a Maths test.
The manager is very kind and helpful if you are nerve wreck . If you are a shy person you have nothing to worry about , the process is not difficult at all
A very basic interview lasting under 30 minutes. It was very informal, I was asked about my previous experience and my flexibility of working hours and my role was briefly outlined.
One- Day interview with a mix of a Group Interview, Math Questions and finding differences between photos to see how observant you are and where to place you in store.
