During the interview process at Toys r Us you will be in a room with at least 4 other potential team members. When you first come into the store they will ask you to grab your favorite toy and when you get into the interview you have to explain why that is your favorite toy. They will also ask you to sell products they have preselected for the group by explaining the benefits and features of the products. They will then do one on one interviews to ask a little bit more personal questions like job history. They will usually select the ones they feel did not do as well in the first part of the interview as to get them in and out. So if you are one of the last ones to be called, that's a good thing! The whole process usually takes about an hour at least. Unless you are during season and it is closer to christmas they will shorten it up quite a bit especially if they haven't met their quota on hiring that week.
