Interview
Combination of group and individual interviews. They wanted an opportunity to see how you interact with others and problem solved. Also focused on customer service skills and your response time. Major focus on your teamwork skills. They gave different tasks within the group interview to test your teamwork abilities. We had to work together to create something useful with building blocks. Once each smaller group finished their creation, they presented it to the group as team.

Super nice and friendly interviewer. They told me about the company and the position and asked a few questions. They also let me ask some questions at the end as well
Geoffrey was attentive and kind. Guided me through the whole catalog. Would recommend him all the time, every time to whomever will listen. He took the time to explain the great deals.

Standard interview with competency questions, especially communication skills, and gauging if candidate would be a good fit for the company culture. After the interview received a call within 2 weeks.
