Apply for the position online. You will be then asked to come in for an interview. Which is a group interview. It isn't so much of an interview, it's more of just a group meeting to see how you interact. Questions were as simple as, "What is a word that describes you that begins with the same letter as your first name?". Besides that, there was a small skit you had to make up. I was offered the job right away after the interview. JUST BE ENTHUSIASTIC and you will get the job.
