Interview
The Sales Associate position at Toys R Us requires a group interview. First, the hiring managers will give you 5 minutes to grab a product and try to sell it to them. Then, you will split into teams and build a structure out of legos. They asked one person from each team to present the structure. At the end, they'll do a one-on-on interview with the people they want to hire.
Super nice and friendly interviewer. They told me about the company and the position and asked a few questions. They also let me ask some questions at the end as well
Geoffrey was attentive and kind. Guided me through the whole catalog. Would recommend him all the time, every time to whomever will listen. He took the time to explain the great deals.

Interview
Standard interview with competency questions, especially communication skills, and gauging if candidate would be a good fit for the company culture. After the interview received a call within 2 weeks.
