It came in two parts. If you pass the first round, you get to the second and if you get to the second part which is a 1:1, you have high probability of getting a job. There was ten of us who came to the interview. The people were fun.
First we did a few question and answers and introductions. Then they grouped us into smaller ones. They gave us blocks and was told to interview the scene on the box. After that, they handed out toys to each one. We had to sell the toy we gave to our partner. After that, we went to a tour of the store.
Then we go back to the staff room and they tell us if we go through the 1:1.
