The Process Probably Take About A Week Or Two. The Called Me For A Group Interview. She Didn't Really Ask Any Questions. She Told Us About The Store. She Also Made Us Pick A Toy Off The Table And Tell Her About As If We Were Trying To Sell It To A Customer.Told Us The About The Stores And How Everything Works. Take Us On A Tour Of The Store. It Went Very Well She Asked For Our Social Security Number And Date Of Birth So She Can Run A Background Check. They Called Me Two Days Later & Told Me I Had The Job.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Toys "R" Us (New York, NY) in Oct 2015
Interview
There were five of us doing a group interview. They started by asking us our name, favorite toy as a kid and favorite movie. We were asked a ton of other questions and were also told about the rewards programs. After that we sold a toy to another member of the group and they sent two people home. The three of us remaining got sent to the front of the store to do individual interviews.
The interview was cute. You did a group interview and you were asked to build something an do a sales pitch. It's not hard at all but just don't be shy!
