Interview
Asked a few standard questions and was hired on the spot. Told me i would have no benefits besides the discount which did not cover all the items in the store. They did at least put me in the area of the store i would be strongest. This meant they actually put me in electronic based on my experience. However they made it clear i was more of a seasonal hire then a full employee. Meaning that at anytime I would be let go. Nothing helps you to care less about your work then knowing no matter how hard you work they will be firing you.
Team interview, relatively simple and pretty fun. Was followed by a quick in person interview. After season a handful were offered full time positions while others were told thank you.

Smooth and very friendly. You can say that it was a fun interview, at first with the human resources manager and the second was with the store manager also. They were both really friendly and it felt like having a normal conversation. I loved working for TRU
