I applied on a Monday, got a call on Tuesday for an interview the same day that afternoon. The interview was a short smooth process. The manager introduced herself and talked a little about herself the job. It was five of us and we each had to introduce ourselves, talk about an issue we had as an employee or customer and how it was resolved. Then we each had to go pick a toy and try to sell it the manager in 20 seconds. The twist was that she made everyone switch the toy they picked with someone else in the group so we could learn how to sell something that we may not be familiar with. The whole process was maybe 30-40 minutes. The next morning I was offered the job and as soon as the background check clears, I will be called in for orientation.
