The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Toys "R" Us (Iselin, NJ) in Nov 2010
Interview
I was called by the HR manager to come in and interview for a seasonal cashier/sales position. I was put into a room with the other people being interviewed. We were asked to pick a toy from a pile and say how we would convince people to buy it. During the group process is when paper work was filled out. They then interviewed everyone individually and before asking everyone the leave the room, we were told they would let us know within the next few days if we were hired or not. Later I found out everyone including myself was hired on the spot. The pay was okay. 8.25/hr
