I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Toys "R" Us (San Diego, CA) in Nov 2015
Interview
It was a long group interview process (about 2.5 hours). it was a total of 7 candidates being interviewed by the HR supervisor & store manager. We were first asked to introduce ourselves & state an interesting fact. We were then given 10 minutes to go out into the store & find a toy for a four year old & then "sell" it to the interviewers. Afterwards, we were given 45 minutes to work in a group to build something out of legos to then again "sell" to the interviewers. The final part of the process was a very short one-on-one interview with the interviewers tailored more towards availability. Overall, it was a very relaxed & interactive interview.

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Toys "R" Us (White Settlement, TX) in Nov 2016
Interview
Received a phone call to go in for an interview, the full interview lasted about 10 minutes. She didn't ask any personal or experience questions. It was a little unprofessional and awkward. She went straight into the job description and everything I had to do. I didn't actually meet the managers until working three weeks in.
