Interview
I never got as far as interview, I spent hours filling in the online application form, preparing cv and cover letter for this company. They ask you all the extra stuff like age etc and say it is not to discriminate, but with a degree and loads of experience and excellent references I was turned down for an interview with the response that I didn't quite have everything what they were looking for. I am certain I was turned down with their monitoring or cv not being retail led.

Pretty chill, hiring manager was pretty laid back, but obviously cared about who he hired. Asked me a few questions that made me ponder for a second. Very good interview process overall.
Interviewed with the store manager. The interview was very informal, but, professional and it covered the important topics. I felt comfortable and after working for them, the job was as described.
