I applied online and received a phone interview with HR that lasted 1 hour for the initial interview. I was then accepted to come to the Corporate office in Wayne, NJ which was a great experience where there were 4 individual interviews by different levels in Internal Audit. They paid for our expenses to get there as well as a place to stay and food expenses as well. We did a few different activities which included a computer based test along with a group activity where we built a car out of legos to replicate the one given to us by our instructor with a team. All the interviews were behavioral types of questions along with a good understanding of what you would be doing in that position. The people and work culture were very friendly and outgoing. It was an atmosphere where you would not feel as stressed out in a work environment especially with the random toys around the office. The work culture seemed very dedicated and people were working hard.
