Toys "R" Us Senior Designer interview questions

The interview was lengthy and exhausting - met with the dept design manager, creative director, product manager and one other. The review of my portfolio was cut short due to the volume of questions. The goal of the interviewer(s) at the time seemed to be to ask as many questions as possible and write down every word of the response. I'd suggest more active listening and engaging in conversation with job candidates.
