I applied online. I interviewed at Toys "R" Us (Wayne, NJ) in Sep 2012
Interview
Two phone interviews followed by an in-person interview. In-person was 3 one -on-one for a few hours. Everyone was incredibly nice and made you feel very welcomed and comfortable. The campus is absolutely beautiful, seems like a great place to work, there are toys everywhere. The process was very fast, human resources was very quick to get back to me with everything. Interview was pretty basic with mostly behavioral questions, also why does you want to work for toys r us and why do you want to work in retail.
