The first step after applying was an initial call with HR. After getting through the screening call was a Zoom call with the Director of Sales. The Zoom call lasted about 30-45 minutes.

Initial phone screening with a member of Human Resources. Secondary ZOOM call with Director of Sales to review position and to get to know each other. HR was supposed to call back regardless, but never did.
