Great interview process. Typical phone screen with HR, then an interview with several members of their team, going over resume and assessing skills. Then you are given a project to do over the course of a few weeks (they compensate you for time spent on the project regardless of outcome) and you discuss your approach and results with the team a couple of times. Great way to get a sense of the scope of work and what it's like to work with the team.
