I went through a lengthy interview process with numerous stakeholders. No feedback and then they disappeared. Later out of the blue I was called to work on a project for them to continue in their interview process. Seemed like they were looking for some free consulting.

Question 1
I was surprised to be asked to work on a project long after the interview process appeared to have ended.
Very negative experience. For half of my interview, my interviewer was texting on his cell phone. I had never seen anything quite like it. He acted like I was doing him a favor by taking an entire day off work to attend. I also asked 4 different people their favorite part about working at Tracelink and they ALL said "free lunches." Apparently there is nothing else positive about working there. Overall a giant waste of time. I recently accepted an offer at a company whose interviewers could be bothered to look up from their phones. I'm glad I dodged this bullet for sure.
