I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at TraceLink (North Reading, MA) in Jul 2015
Interview
A short (less than 30 minute) phone conversation with a recruiter. I then had a longer (just under 1 hour) phone conversation with a Vice President. I was told there were a number of candidates, and the final 2-3 would be brought in for face-to-face interviews with several executives.
I applied online. I interviewed at TraceLink (Boston, MA) in Jun 2020
Interview
Had a screening call with recruiter a couple days after applying. Zoom video call with hiring manager for 1 hour. Sent follow up to HM expressing my interest and no reply. A week later the recruiter asked if I was still interested. My sense is if the HM is to busy to respond to a potential candidate, it's probably not a good sign, Looks like the role is still open.
