A former colleague of mine had told me about the opportunity so I sent Him my CV that he forwarded to the recruiter. The recruiter then contacted me for a quick phone interview. We briefly spoke about my experience and what I knew about the company. The following stage was a rather quick phone call with the professional services Director who also went through my CV and experience . I was then recontacted by the recruiter who scheduled an onsite interview in the Tracelink office and asked me to prepare a presentation on an IT project quick off call. On the Interview day, I had a one to one with the recruiter, then with the Professional Services Director. Following the one to ones I made my presentation in front of 4 people (The Director, Recruiter, a project Manager and Technical Consultant). The Recruiter recontacted me the day following the interview to let me know I had the Job and made me a offer the following week which I accepted. The whole process went very smoothly and the recruiter has been very helpful and reassuring.
