I met once with the person and the interview did not take the long, really they do not ask that much other than your ability to manage change which they tell you is really important, and it is because things change at this company basically on a weekly basis. But the interview feels more like a sales pitch to you about why you should come work for them and they will tell you a bunch of different things about who they are but really they are a sales organization.
