      Sales Development Representative Interview

      Apr 17, 2018
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      No offer
      Neutral experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at TrackMaven in Mar 2018

      Interview

I interviewed with TrackMaven twice. The first interview was very casual. They asked questions about my resume, how I feel about moving to Washington D.C., what my ideal organizational culture looks like, and what is a hobby of mine. The second interview was a mock cold call.

      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at TrackMaven

      Interview

The interview process was very thorough and engaging. I first went through a quick "get to know you" phone interview. The next step was a mock sales call where you pitch Trackmaven to a potential client. They gave me great feedback on the call and allowed me to take away a lot from it. After the mock sales pitch I took a career aptitude test and set up a call with the sales director. This was the last step I got to but it was a very enriching process and allowed me to grow just from going through it.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

How would you pitch Trackmaven if the potential client has already heard of us?

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at TrackMaven

      Interview

Phone screen with Director of Sales. Mock Sales Call. In-person interview with 4 team members. In-person interview with CEO and President. Overall, very in-depth process; very transparent. They answered any and all questions I had. It's a long process, but they want to make sure they're getting people who are a good culture fit for their team.
