      Maven Interview

      Jan 25, 2015
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at TrackMaven

      Interview

I applied for a position that specifically outlined responsibilities and duties in their advertisement but the interview didn't really reflect that. The CEO seemed to only care about what I was like and if I'd fit in with their work culture, which I understand, but did not spend enough time assessing my professional skills for the position. Also, they invited me for an interview but never really gave me a specific time. I gave them my availability but they kept pushing our interview later and later to the point where, after three weeks, I had to remind them that they're the ones who invited me. When they finally agreed on an interview date, it was on a Sunday.

      Question 1

What three adjectives describe me? I thought this question was pretty archaic.
