The EA to the CEO reached out to me directly. I interviewed with the CEO, and was told I was absolutely moving forward and they wanted to get my in front of an additional leader ASAP.
I was ghosted for a while, then got a generic moving forward with other candidates.
Asked for feedback, EA told me “We don’t give feedback.”
Wild experience.

Interview
A entrevista foi marcada com o gestor da área. A conversa foi muito transparente em relação a expectativas sobre o funcionários, atribuições e o que será demandado do profissional. Dá para notar que a empresa sabe o perfil de profissional que quer, o que é importante para um bom fit.
Alguns dias após a entrevista já recebi o feedback, que foi negativo devido à não correspondência com o perfil técnico para a vaga. No e-mail o gestor apresenta os motivos da decisão, o que é bom.
