Fui acionado por um recrutador via Linkedin, em sequência agendamos um bate papo para discutirmos a vaga em questão e como seria o processo de contratação. A entrevista foi um estágio mais inicial e acabei não anvançando no processo seletivo. O ponto negativo foi que não recebi nenhum feedback, seja negativo ou positivo, com relação a entrevista.

Interview
The first interview call went fine, but it felt somewhat vague. The Outlook invitations often didn’t include the Teams link, which signaled a lack of preparation and attention to detail. They also gave me only one day to prepare for a “mock interview” where I had to sell their sensors, and the Sales Engineer I met with didn’t offer much guidance. After the presentation, I received all positive feedback — but then they ghosted me without any explanation.
