1. Right after submitting your application, they invite you for a video submission. These are pretty basic questions like "describe a project you are proud of" etc. 2. Case Study: They give you a take-home case study that you have to submit 14 days after opening. I don't believe they are looking for something full-fledged, but you can definitely take this opportunity to impress your interviewer by relating it to their current product/problems, and clearly showing your work process, and how you would solve this problem as if it were being implemented and deployed in Tractian's systems. 3. Online Interview: 45 minute interview where they asked me about my work process, and certain decisions I made in the case study. Then, it was mostly a back and forth between my interviewer and me.
