I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Tractian (Atlanta, GA) in Aug 2023
Interview
I had a total of five interviews that were with HR, management, and the founder. Things started off well but ended horrendously. The third interview was a role playing scenario in which I was told I could not have done better and that the manager wanted to hire me on the spot but formalities had to be accounted for. The next interview was a meet and greet with the manager for lunch. I had to pay for my own parking and for my meal which was unexpected. That lunch went well and was told as part of a formality, I needed to meet with the founder just to get to know him and it would be a very casual conversation. I took the final interview on Labor Day and was very taken back by the interview. It was not at all what the manager prepared me for, it was a very professional and heavy scenario based set of questions. I thought it went well only to be ghosted by the company for 8 weeks and finally received an email stating “It’s better late than never” to inform you we filled the role you interviewed for and we wish you luck. I cannot express enough how unprofessional and horrible this company is. Stay away from them.

Me convidaram via linkedin e mesmo assim após o primeiro papo não tive nenhum retorno, logo na entrevista indicou que era uma posição presencial e não tive mais interesse. Sem mais
