Recruiter reached out on LinkedIn but was pretty unprofessional during our initial screening. There were muultiple instances of cursing, unwarranted criticisms of my outfit, and there were multiple mentions that the company "is not a cult". A week later, I had an interview with a marketing manager and the CEO. This call was scheduled for an hour, but the interviewers were 10 minutes late and had double-booked another interview for the second half hour. As a result, my interview lasted only 20 minutes of the scheduled hour. I never received any kind of follow up, which is perfectly fine because after this experience I had no interest in working for such a disorganized and unprofessional organization.
