Tractian interview questions

Após candidatura foi enviado link para agendar a reunião. Uma entrevista de 30min, onde achei muito engessada, parecia estar fazendo uma obrigação, nao falaram da empresa em nenhum momento so fizeram perguntas, parecia interrogatório. Recebi feedback que nao estava alinhado à cultura. Sendo que me candidatei somente após ver tudo sobre os CEOs e como eles fundaram a empresa e ver que eu tinha a cultura exatamente compatível. Acredito que o próprio RH nao tenha o feet cultural com os fundadores..

1. Was reached out through a recommendation. Spoke with the sales manager - great guy was very kind. 2. Spoke with the HR person - made me feel suspicious by how they dance around a question regarding work life balance. 3. Mock interview - I felt disrespected by how it was handled. There was only one person on the call (who I’ve never met the other manager had to miss it ) and didn’t ask me any questions or try to get to know me/my experience. Overall he he was disinterested and before we could begin stated “let’s get this over with, start the mock presentation”. There was no continuity of any conversations I had previously, I felt set to fail. I’ve never experienced anything so unprofessional. I don’t recommend them at all.
