Since I applied they have switched to an online applications and they tend to get lost a lot. If you really want the job I suggest going in to the store and letting management know you put in an online app. You need to talk to the manager or assistant manger about hiring, not the team leads. It can take time too - I put my app in in June and didn't get called until August, once I got called though things moved quickly and I was hired officially as soon as they got my drug test results back

a lot of typical questions - how did you handle a bad situation at work? What did you do when an idea failed? What did you do the last time a customer was upset about something? It's pretty standard stuff anymore, nothing overly tricky

Interview went over company values and went smooth, be yourself they are very kind! Questions like customer conflict and resolution, experience and oversight of the store. Not a difficult process and you have a good chance of getting the job!
