I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at TradeStation (Oakland, CA) in Mar 2022
Interview
They put me through multiple rounds of interviews, including an in-person coding exam. Once I passed those, they gave me a 5 hour code exam to do on my own time. I went well beyond their requirements and animated and created a great UI for their code exam and turned it in early.
They told me they thought my code was amazing and they wanted to hire me. I reached out to them twice after they said that, and got no response at all.
Complete waste of time. Why would they put me through all that, even tell me they wanted to hire me, but then completely ghost me?
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They asked me to build a Tetris application in Angular, where given certain predetermined inputs, it would show what the result of the tetris board would be. I have put all my code here in case any one else has to go through their interviews:

Interview
2 interviews - one with manager and the other with a sr. Software engineer. Very pleasant interview process, we’re more interested in cultural fit. They explained the Asian company managing style and mindset which was very interesting

Interview
Interview process wasn't bad but could be improved a lot. Initially I was interviewed by team lead and a panel. Later I was declined.
Several weeks later, they've reached out to me again that they want to fly me to their Dallas office for a final round. I agreed and it was critical to know the team little more given how team lead communicated over phone interviews!
I really liked them upon the visit. But I think among few other reasons, I decided to pass it given attitude of the team lead as I thought I won't be comfortable with that!
