I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Tradehome Shoes (Missoula, MT) in Mar 2013
Interview
Fairly standard interview questions about strengths and weaknesses, skills, and experience, plus an "oddball" problem solving question. The interview was fairly casual and held in the lobby of the mall where the store is located. When I was hired at another location, they did not even interview and just reviewed my performance history.
