I applied online and was then asked to attended an in person interview. They said they would get back to me in 1-2 weeks, but I got a phone call saying I was hired within 20 minutes of leaving the interview. The interview was extremely laid back and did not feel like a lot of pressure at all. It was overall a really great experience.

I arrived 3 min late, the manager took another interviewer, thats fine, i was late, 40 min later...hes gone to lunch with the other manager. I asked for a new app, declined since the current assistant (of >3 months) is being fired for lack of sales
