I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Tradehome Shoes (Madison, WI) in Dec 2013
Interview
For me specifically, there was a craigslist job posting. I went in and applied. Application was filled out, then I was taken into the back rooms for an interview. The interview was with the Manager, and it took one interview. The manager seemed very relaxed, and afterwards I was introduced to the other sales associates. This interview was the most relaxed and comfortable interview process I have ever had. I give it 5 stars, no problems, very straight forward.
