I was contacted by a store manager after they found my resume on a school job cite. I interviewed with the store manager and regional recruiter. Interview process was laid back, felt like a waste of my time. The job was never discussed, it was just a get to know me deal. Considering I hadn't applied for this specific job, I was going into the interview hoping to get more information on the position. In the end the interview ended with the regional recruiter telling me that the ball was now in my court. Definitely turned me off from pursuing the position.
