Trader Joe's Crew interview questions

In-person interview was offered after passing the phone screening. Came to the front desk and waited for the interviewers. Interview was in a rather conversational style between two mates (assistant managers), with questions being asked and me answering (but with a back-and-forth conversational flow). Chance to ask questions at the end.

The interview process is straightforward but tedious. There are 3 interviews to go through. The types of questions that are asked are accessible online making interview prep quite easy. My advice is to be well prepped and show your personality. Answer their questions but don’t be afraid to make the interview more conversational - they want people who are good with customers.
