Interview process is very clear and felt relaxed. They are mostly looking to see if you have a good 'people personality' to match the store's energy and customer base, bonus points if you are a long-time customer yourself!
It's two to three interviews, the final with the Captain (or highest manager) of the store. The interviews are largely to get to know your personality and how well you would do at customer service.
