Interview
After 3 interviews and a wait of a month and a half I received a rejection letter from trader Joe's today. I will never shop there again. How do you string someone along like that for 6 weeks for a part time job in a grocery store? I did well on the longest of the three interviews and I was fairly certain I had got the job. On my last interview the "Captain" looked at me and gave me a dirty look and it was clearly at that point it was decided even though he never spoke to me. Also when I was screened when I turned in my application I was asked if I was looking for "full time hours" or "part time hours" I said full time and was never informed it was a part time gig until the last interview. Overall the process was long and I was disappointed with the lack of professionalism. It seemed that the other people who I saw come in for interview were high school kids. Maybe that's what they're looking for.
