HR screening was ok, they require you to be on a video zoom call whereas it would have been easier through a phone call. The recruiter asked a weirdly worded question, "What are your problems at work?" and when I clarified they just said to tell me your problems at work -- think a better phrasing would be "Why are you leaving your job" if that is what they wanted to get out of that question.
