Complete waste of time. I interviewed with the recruiter, then with the hiring manager. The hiring manager asked that I come into the office for a face-to-face interview. I drove 5 hours with a broken window just to get there and be asked pretty much the same questions that I was asked over the phone. I was then asked to interview with another person (consultant). I was asked about my salary requirements a couple of times. After the last interview, I was asked what would it take for me to accept the offer. After being ghosted for 3 weeks after inquiring, I was finally told that they had gone with another candidate.
