I've been completely ghosted after 3 interviews. I applied for a Junior Sales Analyst position in Geneva. The 3-round interview processes took about 3 weeks. In December, the HR from Chicago let me know the process could be extended because of NYE PTO. After waiting 2-3 weeks, I asked some information about my application and got absolutely zero feedback. No one ever replied to my emails, voicemails and call. I'm ok with rejection, but a simple "no" would have been sufficient. Overall, the process felt unprofessional and seemed like these people were improvising.
