Traffic Digital Agency interview questions

The interview went fine and I heard back about the position a few weeks later. The things that threw me off about this company, though, was the employment contract. Basically, they make you sign a contract that states you cant talk poorly about the company or work for another firm for at least 6 months or they'll sue you. So don't expect any current employees to be completely honest about their time with this company, they wouldn't be able to tell you even if they wanted to.
