1) Random phone call from HR talent acquisition team ask a simple question e.g”how do ship something from somewhere to elsewhere”
2) face to Face/Zoom interviews (2 Groups of people) (Perhaps Trade Finance + Ops(bulk) (Risk + Ops(other commodity)
3) 2nd F2F/zoom(probably last) (2 Groups as well)
(Trader + Head of smth) than will be ( Both head of Smth)
(Singapore based Apprentice questions)
In conclusion total 4 interviews + one phone call

Questions from First interviews(both groups): Barrels how many litres ; etc , just be aware not much characteristic/behavioural questions a lot of technicals . (E.g how to ship coal from India to America) .
Questions from 2nd Group ; From traders financial questions how do you hedge , etc backwardation/contango ; From Global heads ; why ship feathers instead of using air freight ? (Other than the cost) ? Critical thinking , also questions like “how many lights are there in this This building”

Fast-paced, but overall very normal. Interviewed with desk/division heads, then two from graduate program. Lots and lots of interviewees. Pretty popular company around the Houston area. Worth checking out some of the other companies in the industry, although very few have actual apprenticeship programs like Trafigura.
