After Application Process, after a week or so I got a call and out of the blue the interview started. Clearing that next round took place in the office. one was generic after that it was technical. It was based on Oil as an Commodity and it was tough. I was also questioned heavily on my hobby (Photography) since the panel was himself a photographer. but the workplace requires intensive working throughout hence they choose candidates cautiously and compensation is one of the best in class. High pace environment hence one should give a good thought before applying. But you'll definitely grow as an professional. Do Extensive research before going for the interview. They were prompt in declaring the results next day itself for next round. Overall a Learning experience.
