Limited communication, they have an initial phone screen, then tell you that you'll be invited to an on-site interview a month later, then no contact for the next month. One of my two interviews on-site was through Skype with someone in Houston (sort of defeats the purpose of coming in to the office). Respond quickly and provide feedback, which is nice.
