the whole interview process was quite unpleasant. there were two interviews back to back. the email that included the links for the interviews, said that they will be competency based interviews, but instead of that there were only technical questions. the questions were absolutely irrelevant to the job position and the description of the job was misleading. the behavior and the content of the jobs change dramatically after an answer of mine that i don't know anyone working for the company. after that answer, they asked me 2 question about legal matters, and how many cars of a certain color there are in a specific city. the second interview was conducted by a person who didn't want to ask me anything, saying to me, what is you opinion about the last decision of IMO, and about shipping industry. he didn't want to conduct the interview probable, and i just wasted my time. A quite negative experience in general
